The TNS(SVC) series three-phase high-accuracy, fully automatic AC voltage stabilizer is precision-engineered by connecting three independent, high-accuracy single-phase stabilizer units in a balanced Star (Y) connection. Each phase uses an independent linear closed-loop automatic control circuit, a high-speed servo motor drive, and a precision toroidal autotransformer contact mechanism. When utility grid voltage fluctuates, or downstream three-phase load imbalances occur, each phase's control system continuously samples the phase-to-neutral output voltage and instantly commands the servo motor to adjust the carbon brush contact position along the autotransformer winding. This delivers a continuous, smooth, and highly stable 380V three-phase symmetrical output without phase shift, step jumps, or transient loss.
The circuit architecture below illustrates the three-phase star (Y) connected automatic voltage stabilization topology. Standard ratings up to 20kVA use direct toroidal autotransformer regulation, while heavy-duty industrial capacities above 20kVA add supplementary series boost/buck transformers (B1, B2, B3) for higher current-carrying capacity and thermal endurance.
Automatic sensing circuits continuously monitor output line voltage. In extreme grid fault events exceeding safety thresholds, the protective mechanism activates instantly to isolate critical equipment.
