The Online Intelligent Soft Starter (Type C Full-Time Online Configuration, 5.5kW–630kW) is a newly developed industrial motor control solution manufactured by China · Yongfan Electric Co., Ltd. (YOF®), an ISO9001 & CCC certified manufacturer, factory, and supplier. Engineered with a three-phase three-in, three-out silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR / thyristor) full-time online structure, this unit requires no external AC bypass contactor when assembled into complete electrical switchgear cabinets—significantly simplifying primary and secondary cabinet wiring and lowering overall system assembly costs.

Internally equipped with a high-power air-cooled heatsink radiator and high-speed axial flow cooling fans, the online soft starter guarantees reliable long-term continuous operation across demanding industrial and commercial power distribution environments. The unit integrates comprehensive motor protection functions; when installing inside a control cabinet, proper enclosure exhaust ventilation and heat dissipation must be ensured.

Because the YOF® Online Intelligent Soft Starter adopts a full-time online SCR topology, the three-phase main circuit connects directly from the upstream circuit breaker (or earth leakage circuit breaker) to input terminals R, S, T and outputs directly from terminals U, V, W to the three-phase AC motor M without requiring an external AC bypass contactor:
